I can explain the actions that happened that shocking moment.
So, Jayfeather and Lionblaze were chasing Hollyleaf
And Lionblaze got behide.
Jayfeather was using his senses to follow Hollyleaf when he sensed that the tunnels fell,
And Lionblaze heard it.
My point is, Lionblaze couldn't get close enough to see if Hollyleaf was crushed.
Jayfeather is blind! He couldn't possibly know if Hollyleaf died! He just asumed.
And Lionblaze thought it as well.
That is why there is no plain proof that Hollyleaf is dead,
But there is proof of her being alive.
